ICEERA Corporation ("MOMOYO Philippines", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
Franchise inquiry form: your name, phone number, and (if you provide them) email, preferred city, investment budget and message. Membership: your name, phone number and a password, which is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your franchise inquiry and follow up on it; to create and manage your membership and let you use member benefits in our stores. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
Who can see it
Only authorized MOMOYO Philippines staff handling franchise inquiries or membership. Inquiry details are also sent to our internal team messaging and email so we can reply quickly.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on a secured cloud server located in Hong Kong. By submitting a form you consent to this transfer outside the Philippines; we apply the same protection standards wherever the data is stored.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you. Membership records are kept while your membership is active and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to have your data erased or blocked, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
